PAWS San Diego has a new logo! By re-branding ourselves PAWS hopes to better communicate our mission and to make PAWS San Diego recognizable wherever our logo appears. It’s important to the mission of PAWS San Diego that we not be confused with an animal shelter or rescue group, making it clear that we provide assistance to both pets and the people who love and need them.

“What it’s meant to convey is a sense of caring and warmth, as well as a bit of PAWS’ grassroots history through the informal line font,” says Tim Baker, the volunteer and board member who designed the logo. “The new tagline is much more solid and formal to stress the importance of our mission and the duality that was a bit cloudy before, due to the mostly animal-centric logo.”
